v One Front Face Clear Looking Scan or Clicked Photograph {(200(H) x277(V)pixel, (Below 100 KB)}
v Scan/Image Copy of Your Last Passed“Marks Sheet”.
v Scan/Image Copy of Last“Pass Certificate”.
v Scan/Image Copy of Last “Admit Card”.
v Scan/Image Copy Your “Bank Pass Book”.
v One Scan/Image of Signature. (Below Size 100 KB in Jpeg/Jpg/ Pdf Format).
v Extra-Curricular Activities Certificate (If Apply from Quota).
v One Account No, Account Holder Name, Bank Name and IFSC & MICR Code

4. Now Login with your Mobile Number & Password..
5. Select Your Class & Submit Your Valuable Data..
6. Click on Send OTP .Come in Your Register Mobile Number..
7. Pay Procesing Charge in Application Form..
8. After Successful Payment of Application Fees, You will be Redirected to the Rest Form Automatically..
9. Check Your Form Very Carefully Before Submit, After Submit you Can’t Edit Your Form..
10. Now Print/Save or Download the Generated Application Form to Submit at Office as and When Asked..
11. You Can Collect the Generated Application Form Your Register Email ID or Your Dashboard Account Also..
12. Wait for Acceptation Letter on Mobile by SMS or on Email..
13. Be Alert on Register Mobile Number, Email and in Your Dashboard to get all Information on Real Time..
